GUIDANCE ON REGISTRATION FORMALITIES OFSOCIETY UNDER MCSACT, 1960 |
On executing an agreement with the individual purchasers the individual
purchaser becomes the owner of the flat. In order to manage all the day to day
affairs of the each flat/unit and the flat/unit holders therein it is necessary to
have a duty bound organization to deal. For such management there may be
three types of organization which are the Society established and registered
under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act 1960 or the Company
established and registered under the Company Act 1956 or An Association of
Apartment Owners or a Condominium can be established u/s 2 of the
Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970. |
