RECOVERY OF DUES / ARREARS U/S. 101 OF MCS ACT, 1960.

When any member of the co-operative Housing society is not paying the maintenance bill, and after giving reminder notice no dues is recovered from those defaulter member , then the co-operative Housing society shall recovery such dues as per the guides mention under section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperatives Act 1960.
