Also, she is the Managing Director of Swagat Housing Finance Co Ltd, a Mumbai based Financial Institution with repute. She got a good hold over the Office Administration Field and is a Managing Director of Prabhu Associates Consultants Pvt Ltd., a renowned Law Firm in Mumbai. She is sought after for consultancy in Co-operative Housing Sector.
	CA. Ramesh S. Prabhu is a highly qualified Mumbai-based Chartered Accountant with CISA (USA) practicing for over last 22 years. He is partner in Chartered Accountants Firm, Director of Prabhu Associates Consultants Pvt Ltd and Director of Swagat Housing Finance Company Ltd. Further, he is the Chairman of Vasai Taluka Housing Federation Ltd. He is a regular faculty and Task force member with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on and the co-opted member of Co-op Committee for Maharashtra by WIRC of ICAI for last 5 years. CA Ramesh has practical in-depth knowledge of the Cooperative Housing sector, and is the author of 40 books on issues like conveyance, transfer of flats, parking, collection of dues from members, and service tax for housing societies. He is an Editor of MSWA Housing Societies Review having circulation of over 35,000. He was appointed by Govt. of Maharashtra in 2008 on its committee for drafting the law for Deemed Conveyance. He was invited to discuss before the Joint Committee of Govt of Maharashtra about the Maharashtra Housing (Regulation and Development) Act, 2012. CA. Ramesh heads "Maharashtra Societies Welfare Association" (MSWA), an NGO for addressing Cooperative Society issues. Recently MSWA has joined hands as "knowledge partner" with a leading newspaper of Mumbai viz. Daily News and Analysis (DNA) for conducting seminars on Redevelopment of Housing Societies in Mumbai. His book on Deemed conveyance has been released by CM Shri. Prithviraj Chavan with a forward from Her Excellency Smt. Prathibathai Patil, Ex President of India and had occasion to be her Guest at Rashtrapathi Bhavan.
	He is a practicing housing society consultant for the last 15 years. His interest in sharing knowledge has always taken him to higher heights in his chosen specialized practice in the area of Housing societies. He is a regular faculty with number of Instititutes, Non-Government Organisations throughout Maharashtra, Regular speaker and contributor in the leading newspapers like Times of India, Indian Express, DNA, Mid-day, Maharashtra Times, Loksatta etc on the subject of Co-operative Housing Societies. He is the Hon. Secretary of Maharashtra Societies Welfare Association having nearly 30,000 members and Vasai Taluka Housing Federation Ltd and the Managing Editor of Monthly Magazine " Housing Societies Review" and " Investors and Taxpayers Review".
	He is First Class Civil Engineer from Mumbai with rich experience in the field and currently working as GENERAL MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION) M/s Sky-Build Pvt Ltd and Reality Pvt Ltd. His knowledge is vast in Residential and Commercial Projects apart from being with D K Banaji & Associates way back 1986-87. He helped to construct almost half-a-dozen well known structures in Oman, Dubai, including extension of Dubai International Airport, Dubai Bank Bilding and another 18-floors Residential Tower at UAE. Also, worked with Tata Power Co Ltd as Project Technician. Also, he has constructed Commercial and Residential Projects in Mumbai and Pune. He is well versed in Autocad, MSP Course and associated with NICMAR and contributed services as Manager Projects with Natasha Constructions Pvt Ltd between 1987 and 1995. Currently on the assignments of Light of Light Trust Project at Karjat with Community Centre, Hospital Building and Orphanage in twenty acres of land.
	MR. S. R. DESAI, A retired Technocrat from Tata Group with Engineering Degrees – both in Electrical & Mechanical disciplines with rich and solid experience. Wellknown for his Communication Skill, Organizing and negotiation abilities while finalizing the projects. He is member of AMIE and IEEE (US) and was Secretary with Techno-Commercial Management Association and Founder Member of Computer Society of India. With his 35-years experience in Construction and Project Management including handling industrial projects at international magnitude his experience is always sought after in MSWA at various levels. Being a cool and tactical in his negotiations with various clienteles, he has successfully sealed number of deals. His string of achievements includes Creation and Management in Large Projects of Cement Plants, Chemical Plants and Joint Ventures with US, UK and Germany from concept to commissioning of the projects in India and Middle-East as well.
	MR. NARESH PAI is Manager with PACPL over a decade-long rich experience offering Consultation to various societies and their individual members, expert in change of names in Property Card, Regular Conveyance & Deemed Conveyance of Housing Societies. His expertise includes Formation and Registration of Housing Societies / Organizations, take-over of Companies, Permanent Alternate Accommodation with other related documents for redevelopment of society. He has successfully handled Memorandum of Understanding in Redevelopment of Societies and drawing Individual Agreements as well. However, his forte is in Adjudication Proceedings, Payment of Stamp Duty and Registration thereof and successfully worked on sensitive Adjudication issues to the satisfied Clientele. Also, oversees Registration of Documents apart from handing number of cases under Amnesty Scheme 2004-08. In addition, he looks after various assignments, tasks like raising deposits, share capital, disbursal of loans, legal issues thereof, compliances to the Regulators and Registrar of Companies.
	She is a practising Advocate at Mumbai City Civil Court, Small Causes Court, Consumer Courts, Co-operative Courts and High Court. She started her practice in civil, property & criminal matters in Uttaranchal High Court (Nainital) and District and Session's Court of Udham Singh Nagar (Rudrapur). After successful exposure to various legal fields she came to came to Mumbai. She is one of the empanelled Advocate of Maharashtra Society's Welfare Organization MSWA. She has expertise in handling :- Property related matters for direct conveyance, Deemed Conveyance. All matters related to Co-operative Housing Society ( Transfer of flat, Stamp duty matters, Registration of housing Society, Rights & duties of Members, Recovery of Dues, Redevelopment Documents such as MOU, Development Agreement, Individual agreements etc. Tender Process for housing societies, Drafting , modifying as per suggestions of PMC, Architect, Managing Committee Members. She is a regular jury in Housing Darbar organized by Co-operative Department. She is a legal advisor to number of CHSL. for issues related to society members and the property matters.
	He is well-known PMC (Project Management Consultant) in Mumbai, empanelled with number of Housing Societies. His expertise are sought after – like in planning the requirements, Feasibility Reports, Plot Survey, obtaining various remarks, approvals, Completion Certificates from the Competent Authorities apart from seeking his Consultation for development matters in Housing Societies. He is member of AIAA, PEATA, MHADA and Fellow of Indian Institute of Valuers and Council of Architects and AIIA. He has so far successfully handled and completed nearing half-a-dozen Redevelopment of Housing Societies, in Mumbai. His experience is rich and vast and is associated with MSWA since long.
	He is a Mumbai based Architect having secured 1st Class in his B Arch from J J College of Architecture, Mumbai and has membership with Council of Architects, A.I.I.A., I. I. I.D and P.E.A.T.A. He has successfully completed couple of Redevelopment Projects like MIG Colony, Bandra and Om Shri Gokul Society Borivali in association with Rustomjee Developers and Shrish Sukhatme and Hitech Town Developers; apart from drawing rich experience under Sanjay Puri Architects, a renowned name in Mumbai. Also, has rich experience in working with many Residential, Commercial Projects, Malls, Multiplex with his involvement in planning, co-ordination, Municipal drawings, Working Drawings, Site Supervision and presentation etc. ARCH.
